AAFS 2022 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS
With the help of staff, members, volunteers, and the city of Seattle,
AAFS 2022 will be an “in-person” event. SAFETY IN SEATTLE
Conference Updates
The 2022 conference will be a hybrid event. This means people who wish to attend in person can, and those who cannot attend in person may attend virtually.
Hotel Information
The Sheraton Grand Seattle is the headquarter hotel. They will begin accepting reservations next week and a link for booking will be available soon.
Early Bird Registration
New this year is our Early Bird Registration that will open on October 1, 2021. This will provide attendees the opportunity to receive an even more discounted registration rate than the typical Pre-Registration rate. Not all scheduled sessions will be finalized at that time, but you will be able to add an event to your registration at a later date. You are encouraged to take advantage of the Early Bird discount.
Inability to Attend Insurance
Also new this year is the “Inability to Attend” insurance that the AAFS is providing free of charge to all in-person attendees.
